Shipping

CraftNetwork offers products from skilled artisans around the world. All items are delivered directly from their country of origin to you, unless stated otherwise. Your order may comprise of items that originate from more than one location. Orders comprising of items from different regions are treated as separate shipments and are subject to applicable shipping charges. The origin of each item is displayed in the Item Details information and on the My Shopping Cart page.

Each order may be delivered to only one delivery address. If you would like us to deliver items to separate locations, please create an order for each delivery location. Each order is subject to applicable shipping charges.

Shipping Method

We offer expedited shipping via our international courier partners DHL, FedEx and UPS. Customers are unable to specify the carrier for their order.

Shipping Timescales

We and our partner projects aim to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once your order is completed and has shipped, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the courier tracking information. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. CraftNetwork and our partners do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses.

Shipping Costs

To the US:
$3.99 Shipping to the US offer valid on orders shipped to the continental United States. Each additional item in your order from the same originating region will be sent free of charge. The first item from each additional originating region will be subject to a $12 charge, with each additional item from the same region subject to a $6 additional item charge.

Internationally:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the origin of the items in your order, how much the items weigh (including packing materials), and the delivery address(es). Separate shipping charges will apply for each region represented in an order as well as each additional item originating within a region.

To calculate your delivery charges, simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and select your delivery location. The appropriate charge will be applied automatically. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments in shipping cost.

Checking Order Status

If you have a registered account with CraftNetwork.com, it's easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to My Orders under My Account. From there, search for your order either by Order ID or date range. Click on any order number for complete order details. If you don't have a CraftNetwork.com account yet, set one up at My Account.
