Returns & RefundReturns can be made by mail to our central return center. Items must be in like-new condition and unused to be accepted as a return. Custom Order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Full price merchandise returned within 30 days from the ship date on your invoice will be credited to the original method of payment (credit card, Paypal, gift certificate), if accompanied by the original invoice. After 60 days, the current selling price will be credited if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Sale price merchandise returned within 30 days from the ship date on your invoice will be credited to the original method of payment (credit card, gift card or online gift certificate), if accompanied by the original invoice. After 30 days, sale product is not eligible for return credit. Making a Return by MailReturns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. For your convenience, a postage-paid return label has been provided. Simply affix the label to your package and leave it in a secure location where you normally place your outgoing mail or take it to your local post office. We will deduct $8 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. By using our postage-paid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment at craftnetwork.com through the My Account page. Please allow up to 3 days after you mail your return for tracking to be available. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
